Dulwich Village Construction
This project represents a high-end residential transformation, combining architectural extension works with bespoke interior design and premium material finishes throughout. The development includes large glazed extensions, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living while maximising natural light and spatial flow.
Octavia Street Renovation, Battersea
Internally, the property was finished to an exceptional standard, featuring custom-built elements such as a bespoke wine cellar, designer kitchen, and luxury bathroom suites with full stone finishes. A striking vertical living wall and high-spec glazing systems further enhance the contemporary architectural feel of the space.
Merton House Renovation
This project involved a complete transformation of a residential property, including a rear extension, structural alterations, and full interior refurbishment. The works covered roof reconstruction, installation of skylights, and major structural masonry changes to create a modern open-plan living space.
Internally, the property was fully upgraded with a bespoke kitchen, high-end finishes, and contemporary bathroom installations. Large sliding doors were added to seamlessly connect the indoor space with the newly landscaped garden, enhancing natural light and usability.
The result is a modern, functional home that combines quality craftsmanship with clean, contemporary design.
Victoria Height Renovation & Finishes
This project focused on delivering a high-end interior transformation with an emphasis on premium finishes and refined design. The works included a full refurbishment of key living spaces, alongside the installation of bespoke kitchen units and upgraded flooring throughout.
Dulwich Flat Full Refurbishment
This project focused on transforming an underutilized loft space into a fully functional and modern living area. The works included structural adjustments, installation of skylights to maximise natural light, and bespoke fitted storage tailored to the sloped ceilings.
A new contemporary bathroom was created with high-end finishes, alongside a full interior upgrade including custom joinery, flooring, and decoration throughout. The kitchen was also refreshed to align with the overall modern aesthetic of the property.
The result is a bright, efficient, and stylish space that adds both comfort and value to the home.
Holland Park Renovation & Outdoor Work
A standout feature of the project is the creation of luxury bathroom spaces, incorporating marble finishes, custom vanity units, and high-spec fittings. The addition of a freestanding bath and carefully selected lighting elements enhances both comfort and visual appeal.

Bogdan spots little things that need attention or may be not quite right and thoughtfully raises with you and fixes without looking for gain himself which is a pleasant surprise in a world where many are simply out to make money as fast as they can, caring little about the legacy of what they leave behind.
Overall I would recommend Proteam building and painting and following this initial job I have used him since on two other projects and will always consider him for future projects/work.
