Proteam Building and Decorating Ltd was founded with a clear goal: to deliver dependable, high-quality construction services built on trust, experience, and attention to detail. Although officially established in 2018, our journey began years earlier, with hands-on experience in the industry since 2011. Over time, we have grown into a reliable London-based team, working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. We take pride in offering complete, end-to-end solutions — from initial planning to final finishes — ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Our approach is simple: understand the client’s vision, execute with precision, and deliver results that stand the test of time.

Bogdan
CEO & Founder
Bogdan is the company director with 15 years of experience, overseeing all operations and project delivery. As a multi-skilled builder, he brings deep industry knowledge and ensures every project meets the company’s standards of quality and professionalism.
Stephan
Site Manager
Stephan is an experienced site manager with 9 years in the company, bringing strong leadership and technical expertise. With a background in bathroom and kitchen fitting as well as roofing, he ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Alex
Decorator
Alex is a qualified decorator with an NVQ Level 3 in decoration and 4 years of experience within the team. He focuses on delivering clean, precise finishes and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all painting and decorating projects.
Vili
Multi Trade
Vili has 8 years of experience as a multi-trade specialist, with expertise in roofing, plastering, and partition work. He is reliable and detail-oriented, contributing to both structural and finishing stages of projects.
Cristian
Decorator
Cristian is a highly experienced decorator specialist with NVQ Level 4 qualification and 8 years in the company. He delivers high-end painting and decorating work, focusing on precision, finish quality, and client satisfaction.
Lulu
Multi Trade
Lulu brings 3 years of experience in landscaping, foundations, and bricklaying. His work supports both groundwork and structural development, ensuring strong and reliable project foundations.
Cornel
Multi Trade
Cornel is a skilled multi-trade professional with 6 years of experience in the company, specialising in kitchen fitting. He is known for his practical approach, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality finishes across a range of installation tasks.
Andrey
Multi Trade
Andrey is a dedicated multi-trade team member with 3 years of experience, specialising in demolition, floor structures, and bricklaying. He plays a key role in the early and structural phases of construction projects.

Bogdan spots little things that need attention or may be not quite right and thoughtfully raises with you and fixes without looking for gain himself which is a pleasant surprise in a world where many are simply out to make money as fast as they can, caring little about the legacy of what they leave behind.
Overall I would recommend Proteam building and painting and following this initial job I have used him since on two other projects and will always consider him for future projects/work.
